Name and Likeness. You also consent to Licensee’s use of your name, nickname, image, voice, caricature, endorsement, signature, initials, reputation, autograph, biographical data and/or likeness in connection with the exploitation, exhibition, distribution, advertising, publicity and promotion of the Materials in all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, perpetually and without restriction. If expressly indicated on Exhibit A, Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to accord appropriate credit to you wherever possible in connection with the use of the Materials, provided, however, that no failure to accord such credit will constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Name and Likeness. Licensee shall have the right to publish, advertise, announce and use in any manner or medium, the name, sobriquet, biography and photographs or other likenesses of Licensor in connection with any exercise by Licensee of its rights hereunder.

The Company shall have the right in perpetuity to use the Executive’s name, image, and likeness in connection with credits, advertising and publicity for product for which the Executive performs any development and/or production services, and during the Term otherwise in connection with the Company and its business.

During the Employment Term, Studio shall have the right to use your name, biography and likeness in connection with its business as follows: You shall promptly submit to Studio a biography of yourself. Provided that you timely submit such biography, Studio shall not use any other biographical information other than contained in such biography so furnished, other than references to your prior professional services and your services hereunder, without your prior approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld). If you fail to promptly submit a biography, then you shall not have the right to approve any biographical material used by Studio. You shall have the right to approve all likenesses of you used by Studio hereunder. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to authorize the use of your name, biography or likeness to endorse any product or service or to use the same for similar commercial purposes.
Name and Likeness. Robert M. Goodfriend hereby grants to the Company and its Subsidiariex xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxt to use his name and likeness, including without limitation any and all trademark rights thereof, in connection with the Company's and its Subsidiaries' advertising, marketing and sales programs in any and all media formats (now existing or hereafter developed) for a period of six months after the Offer Payment Date; provided however that the Company and its Subsidiaries shall not use such name and likeness in a manner substantially inconsistent with the current and currently proposed use of such person's name and likeness, including without limitation the current use and currently proposed use set forth in existing plans of the Company and its Subsidiaries relating to such programs.

During the period this Agreement remains in effect, ----------------- Company shall have the right to use Employee's name as well as Employee's biography and likeness in the form approved by Employee in connection with its business, including in advertising its products and services, and may, with Employee's permission, which shall not be withheld unreasonably, grant this right to others, but not for use as a direct endorsement.

Employee hereby grants to Company the right, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, to use Employee’s name, likeness, activities, attributes and/or biography in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising, distribution and other exploitation of the products manufactured, distributed, licensed or sold by the Company (the “Products”) (including, without limitation, articles, promotional materials, television appearances and commercials, programming and interviews) and all subsidiary and ancillary rights therein, in perpetuity, throughout the world and in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including, without limitation, publications, merchandising and commercial tie-ups; provided, however, that in no event shall Employee be depicted as using or endorsing any product or service without Employee’s prior consent, notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood and agreed that Company’s use of Employee’s name, likeness, activities attributes and/or biography in connection with any Product already in production as of the date of this Agreement shall constitute an acceptable use of Employee’s name which shall not require Employee’s consent. The Company agrees to indemnify and hold Employee harmless from any and all claims or causes of action, established or otherwise, arising from or relating to the Company’s use of name or likeness of Employee.
Name and Likeness. You grant us the right to use your name, likeness and biography for all editorial, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Program, Deliverables, or Station in general, in any manner or media whether now known or hereafter developed.
