Flood Insurance Requirements. Grantees and subrecipients of Federal funding must ensure that procedures and mechanisms are put into place to monitor compliance with all flood insurance requirements as found in the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, 24 C.F.R. § 570.605- NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM and 24 C.F.R. § 570.202- ELIGIBLE REHABILITATION AND PRESERVATION ACTIVITIES.

Flood Insurance Requirements. Administrative Agent shall have received from Borrower (i) a completed “Life-of-Loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency standard flood hazard determination with respect to each Mortgaged Real Property (together with a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by Borrower and the applicable Station Party relating thereto) and (ii) if any portion of any Mortgaged Real Property is located in an area identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency) as a special flood hazard area with respect to which flood insurance has been made available under the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, the applicable Station Party shall have, with a financially sound and reputable insurer (determined at the time such insurance was obtained), flood insurance in an amount and otherwise sufficient to comply with all applicable rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to such Flood Insurance Laws and deliver evidence of such compliance in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.

Flood Insurance Requirements. The Collateral Agent shall have received, at least 5 (five) Business Days prior to the Ninth Amendment Effective Date, with respect to each Mortgaged Property specified on Schedule I annexed to this Agreement, (i) a standard flood hazard determination form for such Mortgaged Property and (ii) if any such Mortgaged Property is located in an area designated a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency), evidence of flood insurance required by Section 5.02(c) of the Amended Credit Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and the Lenders; provided that, for purposes of the foregoing, by delivering its duly executed signature page hereto, each Lender shall be deemed to have acknowledged that the evidence of insurance delivered pursuant to the foregoing is in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to it.
Flood Insurance Requirements. The Collateral Agent shall have received from the applicable Loan Parties, with respect to each Mortgaged Property specified on Schedule IV annexed to this Agreement, evidence of flood insurance required by Section 5.02(c) of the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent. The insurance will be maintained active for the duration of the lien filed in connection with this project.

  • Flood Insurance With respect to each Mortgaged Property, obtain flood insurance in such total amount as the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders may from time to time reasonably require, if at any time the area in which any improvements located on any Mortgaged Property is designated a “flood hazard area” in any Flood Insurance Rate Map published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (or any successor agency), and otherwise comply with the National Flood Insurance Program as set forth in the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as amended from time to time.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.
