Affiliated Fund definition

Affiliated Fund means, with respect to any Person, (a) any investment funds, managed accounts or other entities who are advised by such Person or the same investment advisor or manager or by investment advisors which are Affiliates of such Person or (b) any investment advisor with respect to an investment fund, managed account or entity it advises.

Examples of Affiliated Fund in a sentence

  • A Regulated Fund will not participate in any Potential Co-Investment Transaction unless the terms, conditions, price, class of securities to be purchased, settlement date, and registration rights will be the same for each participating Regulated Fund and Affiliated Fund.

  • However, the settlement date for an Affiliated Fund in a Co-Investment Transaction may occur up to ten business days after the settlement date for the Regulated Fund, and vice versa.
