Related Document. This Amendment is a Related Document and all references to a “Related Document” in the RFA, the SSA and the other Related Documents (including, without limitation, all such references in the representations and warranties in the RFA, the SSA and the other Related Documents) shall be deemed to include this Amendment.
Related Document. This Pledge and Security Agreement is a Related Document executed pursuant to the Indenture and shall (unless otherwise expressly indicated herein) be construed, administered and applied in accordance with the provisions of Article I thereof.

Cancel or terminate any Related Document or consent to or accept any cancellation or termination thereof, amend, modify or change in any manner any term or condition of any Related Document or give any consent, waiver or approval thereunder, waive any default under or any breach of any term or condition of any Related Document, agree in any manner to any other amendment, modification or change of any term or condition of any Related Document or take any other action in connection with any Related Document that would, in the case of any of the foregoing, impair the value of the interest or rights of the Borrower thereunder or that would impair the rights or interests of the Agent or any Lender, or permit any of its Subsidiaries to do any of the foregoing.
Related Document. This term shall have the meaning set forth in the Indenture. Related Parties. With respect to any specified Person, such Person’s Affiliates and the respective directors, officers, employees, agents and advisors of such Person and such Person’s Affiliates. Rental Expense. For any period, all consolidated rental expenses of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries under any rental agreements or leases of Containers or Generators.
