Additional and successor agents. The Issuer may appoint a successor fiscal agent or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, and the additional or successor fiscal agent, calculation agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
Additional and successor agents. The Issuer and the Guarantor (acting together) may appoint a successor fiscal agent or agent bank and additional or successor paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Holders of Securities, whereupon the Issuer, the Guarantor, the continuing Agents, and the additional or successor fiscal agent, agent bank or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

The Current Issuer may with the prior written approval of the Note Trustee appoint a successor principal paying agent, US paying agent, agent bank or registrar and additional or successor transfer agents or paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders, the Current Issuer Cash Manager and the Note Trustee, whereupon the successor or additional agents shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

The Issuers (acting together) may (with the prior written approval of the Trustee) appoint a successor principal paying agent or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents, the Noteholders and the Trustee, whereupon the Issuers, the continuing Agents, the Trustee and the additional or successor principal paying agent or calculation agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.

The Issuer may appoint a successor fiscal agent, registrar or calculation agent and additional or successor paying agents and transfer agents (any such successor or additional agent shall be a reputable and experienced financial institution that complies with the eligibility requirements of the clearing systems) and shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents, and the additional or successor fiscal agent, registrar, calculation agent, paying agent, transfer agent or paying agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they had entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
Additional and successor agents. The Issuer may with the prior written approval of the Note Trustee appoint additional or successor Paying Agents, a successor Agent Bank or a successor Registrar provided that such additional or successor Paying Agent, Agent Bank or Registrar shall execute and deliver to its predecessor (if any), the Issuer, the Note Trustee and (unless its predecessor is the Principal Paying Agent) the Principal Paying Agent an instrument accepting appointment on the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Issuer shall forthwith give notice of any such appointment to the continuing Agents and the Noteholders, whereupon the Issuer, the continuing Agents and the additional or successor agent shall acquire and become subject to the same rights and obligations between themselves as if they then entered into an agreement in the form mutatis mutandis of this Agreement.
Additional and successor agents. The Sixth Issuer may with the prior written approval of the Note Trustee (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed):
