Final Payment. All items or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers credited to your account are provisional until we receive final payment. If final payment is not received, we may charge your account for the amount of such items or ACH transfers and impose a return item charge on your account. Any collection fees we incur may be charged to your account. We reserve the right to refuse or return any item or funds transfer.
Final Payment. A. Upon final completion and acceptance of the Work in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions, Owner shall pay the remainder of the Contract Price as recommended by Engineer as provided in said Paragraph 15.06.

It is hereby agreed by the parties hereto that the payment of the final amount due under the Contract, and the adjustment and payment of any bills that may be rendered for work done, in accordance with any alteration in or addition to the same, shall release the Minister from any and all claims or liability on account of work performed under the said Contract or any alteration in or addition to the same.

The Credit Union shall have the right to charge back against your account all previously deposited items or other items endorsed by you that are returned to the Credit Union unpaid, regardless of whether the amount of the item has been available for your use.
Final Payment. Upon final acceptance by NYSERDA of all deliverables contained in Exhibit A, Statement of Work, pursuant to Section 6.02 hereof, the Contractor shall submit an invoice for final payment with respect to the Work, together with such supporting information and documentation as, and in such form as, NYSERDA may require. All invoices for final payment hereunder must, under any and all circumstances, be received by NYSERDA prior to the Expiration Date of the contract. In accordance with and subject to the provisions of NYSERDA’s Prompt Payment Policy Statement, attached hereto as Exhibit D, NYSERDA shall pay to the Contractor within the prescribed time after receipt of such invoice for final payment, the total amount payable pursuant to Section 4.01 hereof, less all progress payments/milestone payments previously made to the Contractor with respect thereto and subject to the maximum commitment set forth in Section 4.06 hereof.
Final Payment. Any unpaid compensation, reimbursement of expenses, or Early Termination Fee is due to Ultimus within 15 calendar days of the termination date provided in the notice of termination.
