Effect on Other Plans. An election by the Executive to resign after a Change in Control under the provisions of this Agreement shall not be deemed a voluntary termination of employment by the Executive for the purpose of interpreting the provisions of any of the Company’s benefit plans, programs or policies. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the rights of the Executive under the Company’s benefit plans, programs or policies except as otherwise provided in Section 5 hereof, and except that the Executive shall have no rights to any severance benefits under any severance pay plan.
Effect on Other Plans. All benefits under this Award shall constitute special incentives and shall not affect the level of benefits provided to or received by the Participant (or the Participant's estate or beneficiaries) as part of any employee benefit plan of the Corporation or an Affiliate. This Award shall not be construed to affect in any way the Participant's rights and obligations under any other plan maintained by the Corporation or an Affiliate on behalf of employees.

In the event that the Executive is party to an employment agreement with the Company providing for change in control payments or benefits, the Executive must elect to receive either the benefits payable under such other agreement or the benefits payable under this Agreement, but not both. Except in the case of a Severance Plan, as defined in Section 2.3, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent or limit Individual’s continuing or future participation in any other plan, program, policy or practice provided by the Company or any other member of the Company Group for which Individual may qualify, nor shall anything herein limit or otherwise affect such rights as Individual may have under any other contract or agreement with the Company or any other member of the Company Group. Amounts which are vested benefits or which Individual is otherwise entitled to receive under any such other plan, policy, practice, program, contract or agreement (“Other Arrangement”) at or subsequent to the termination of Individual’s employment shall be payable in accordance with such Other Arrangement except as explicitly modified by this Agreement; provided, however, the time period after such termination shall not be credited as continued employment of Individual for any purpose under any such Other Arrangement.
Effect on Other Plans. Except as may be otherwise and specifically stated in any other employee benefit plan, policy or program, compensation realized under this Agreement shall not be treated as compensation for any purposes of calculating an employee's benefit under any such plan, policy or program.
Effect on Other Plans.
