Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 11:00 a.m. (i) on the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of Absolute Rate Loans, or (ii) three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of Eurodollar Margin Bid Loans, the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of the identity of each Lender that has submitted a Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.03(c) and of the terms of the offers contained in each such Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 10:00 a.m. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, time, three (3) Business Days prior to the requested date of any Competitive Bid Loans, the Agent shall provide the Borrower a copy of all the bids made by the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.10(c).
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 12:00 p.m. on the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of Absolute Rate Bid Loans, or three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of LIBOR Margin Bid Loans, Administrative Agent shall notify Borrower of the identity of each Lender that has submitted a Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.18.3 and of the terms of the offers contained in each such Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 11:00 a.m., Applicable Time, three Business Days prior to the requested date of any U.S. Bid Borrowing, U.S. Funding Agent shall notify the applicable Borrower of the identity of each U.S. Lender that has submitted a U.S. Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.7.3 and of the terms of the offers contained in each such U.S. Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 11:00 a.m., Applicable Time, three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Euro Bid Borrowing, Euro Funding Agent shall notify the applicable Borrower of the identity of each Euro Lender that has submitted a Euro Competitive Bid that complies with Section 3.7.3 and of the terms of the offers contained in each such Euro Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Promptly upon receipt thereof -------------------------------------- and in any event not later than 11:00 a.m. (Charlotte time) (i) on the requested borrowing date in the case of an Absolute Competitive Bid Borrowing, and (ii) three (3) Business Days prior to the requested borrowing date in the case of a LIBOR Competitive Bid Borrowing, the Administrative Agent will notify the Borrower of the terms (i) of each Competitive Bid, if any, submitted by a Lender in compliance with the provisions of Section 2.4(d), and (ii) of each Competitive Bid, if any, submitted by a Lender that amends, modifies or is otherwise inconsistent with a previous Competitive Bid submitted by such Lender with respect to the same Competitive Bid Request. Any such subsequent Competitive Bid shall be disregarded by the Administrative Agent unless such subsequent Competitive Bid is submitted solely to correct a manifest error in such former Competitive Bid and is timely received as provided in Section 2.4(d). The Administrative Agent's notice to the Borrower shall specify the principal amount of each Competitive Bid Loan with respect to which a Competitive Bid was made for each Interest Period specified in the relevant Competitive Bid Request, the respective Competitive Bid Rates therefor, and the identity of the Lender that made each such Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify such Borrower by telecopy of (i) for Competitive Loans or portion thereof, the Competitive Bid Rate, the principal amount specified in each Competitive Bid, the maturity date and repayment terms applicable to such Competitive Loan or portion thereof, and the identity of the Lender that shall have made such Competitive Bid and (ii) for Competitive Letters of Credit, the Five Year Competitive Advance and Revolving Credit Facility Agreement fronting fees or other fees specified in each Competitive Bid, the applicable terms of such Competitive Letters of Credit, and the identity of the Lender that shall have made such Competitive Bid.
Notice to Borrower of Competitive Bids. Not later than 12:00 p.m. on the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of Absolute Rate Bid Loans or SOFR Margin Bid Loans which are Daily Simple SOFR Loans, or three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Bid Borrowing that is to consist of SOFR Margin Bid Loans which are Term SOFR Rate Loans, Administrative Agent shall notify Borrower of the identity of each Lender that has submitted a Competitive Bid that complies with Section 2.18.3 and of the terms of the offers contained in each such Competitive Bid.
