Covenants of the Certificateholder. The Certificateholder agrees:
Covenants of the Certificateholder. Each Certificateholder, by becoming a beneficial owner of the Certificate, hereby acknowledges and agrees (a) that the Certificateholder is subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the Certificate, to which the Certificateholder agrees to be bound; and (b) that it shall not take any position in such Certificateholder’s tax returns inconsistent with Section 2.05 herein and Section 2.13 of the Indenture.
Covenants of the Certificateholder. The Certificateholder by becoming a beneficial owner of a Certificate or by its acceptance of a Certificate agrees:
