Hand-Over. Owner shall (a) advise Manager when specific areas and systems have been completed and/or preliminarily accepted by the responsible consultants; (b) obtain certification that construction of each Hotel and systems has been completed in accordance with the Approved Plans and Specifications; (c) separately obtain certification that fire protection and life safety systems have been completed in accordance with applicable regulation, Approved Plans and Specifications; (d) provide a copy of all relevant documentation including as built plans, specifications and equipment manufacturer’s maintenance manuals and guarantees; and (e) provide training to Hotel Personnel by qualified technical advisors with respect to operation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems. Manager shall (i) review areas and systems Owner has advised are complete, and (ii) advise Owner of any deficiencies that must be corrected prior to the Opening Date.

Hand-Over. 3.10.1 The parties acknowledge that hand over is critical and will occur within 15 minutes of a shift change.
Hand-Over. 3.1 At the time of the conclusion of this Agreement, a hand-over of the Lease Object has not yet taken place.

The lessor shall give the lessee the motorcycle with the model, brand and registration number specified on the attached Hand Over Form, in perfect mechanical condition, and shall check the exterior in the presence of the lessee to detect any scratches or dents it may have. These will be specified in the Hand Over Form and they shall not be claimed from the lessee at the time of return. The lessee undertakes to be liable for any other damage at the time of return.
Hand-Over. If, from time to time, either Party has a good faith reason to believe that any Materials it owns are in the possession or control of the other Party, the Party owning the Materials may request hand-over thereof in a written notice describing the requested Materials in detail. The Party receiving such notice shall, within a reasonable period: (i) use good faith efforts to locate the requested Materials and (ii) notify the requesting Party as to whether or not the Materials have been located. In the event of any dispute or disagreement as to which Party owns the requested Materials, the Parties will work to resolve the matter in good faith. Subject to the foregoing, the Parties shall arrange for pick-up or delivery of the requested Materials by or to the requesting Party, at the requesting Party’s expense. If a Party discovers that it is in possession or control of any Materials it knows or believes are owned by the other Party, the Party making such discovery shall promptly provide the other Party with a written notice describing the discovered Materials in detail, and the Party receiving such notice may thereafter inspect the Materials and/or request hand-over of the Materials as set forth above.
Hand-Over. Upon the effective date of its resignation or removal, the Technical Services Provider shall hand over or deliver to, or relinquish custody in favour of the Operator or any other party nominated by the Operator to succeed the Technical Services Provider, all Transportation System, all property and all books, records and inventories required for the Services. The Technical Services Provider shall further use its reasonable endeavours to transfer to the aforesaid person, effective as of the effective date of such resignation or removal, its rights as Technical Services Provider under all contracts exclusively relating to the Services and the aforesaid person shall assume, comply with and fulfill all obligations of the Technical Services Provider thereunder. Pending such transfer and in relation to all other contracts relating to the Services (to the extent such so relate), the Technical Services Provider shall hold its rights and interests as the Technical Services Provider from such effective date for the account and to the order of the aforesaid person Table of Contents and the Operator shall, with effect on and from such effective date, indemnify and hold harmless the Technical Services Provider from any and all obligations there under.
