Bonus Opportunities. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive will be eligible to participate in the Company’s bonus plan(s) (“Bonus”) with eligibility for an annual target bonus of no less than Sixty-Five percent (65%) of Base Salary (“Target Bonus”). Executive’s annual bonus shall be based upon achieving objectives as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.

Bonus Opportunities. For each fiscal year during the Term, Executive shall be eligible to be considered to receive incentive compensation (an “Annual Bonus”) from the Company in an amount determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee and in accordance with the Company’s compensation policies and practices as in effect from time to time.
Bonus Opportunities. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive compensation as may be determined by the Board or the Compensation Committee thereof (“Discretionary Bonus”), pursuant to Executive Annual Incentive Plan, or any subsequent plan. The Discretionary Bonus is not an accrued right under this Agreement.
Bonus Opportunities. (a) As additional compensation opportunities for the Executive hereunder, the Corporation shall provide to the Executive a bonus program which allows for possible incentive compensation (the "Bonus") in respect of each fiscal year of the Corporation. Subject to the provisions of Section 4(b), the basis for such bonus, shall be based on performance achievements by the Corporation and the Executive. Incentive award opportunities may range up to 30% of the Salary of the Executive in any fiscal year. The Bonus plan will be reviewed and adjusted on an annual basis, if deemed appropriate, by the Corporation in coordination with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors in its sole and absolute discretion.
Bonus Opportunities. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall also be eligible to receive bonuses from time to time based on exceptional service and/or the performance of the Company, if awarded by the Board in its sole discretion (“Discretionary Bonus”). Any such Discretionary Bonus will be paid in accordance with the terms of such award.

Bonus Opportunities. During the Term of Employment, the Company shall provide you with annual short-term and long-term bonus opportunities. Your annual short-term bonus opportunity shall be effective January 1, 2000, and your annual long-term bonus opportunity shall become effective beginning in 2001. Your annual short-term bonus opportunity at norm shall not be less then 100 percent of your then-current base salary, and your annual maximum short-term bonus opportunity shall not be less than 200 percent of your then-current base salary. Any long-term bonus that is paid to you after an initial public offering of shares of Class A common stock of Verizon Wireless (the "IPO") shall be paid in shares of such Class A common stock; any long-term bonus that is paid to you before the IPO shall be paid in shares of common stock of Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon Communications"). In addition, if you remain in the continuous employ of the Company until June 30, 2001, you shall be entitled to a retention bonus equal to the sum of 100 percent of your base salary for 2001, 50 percent of your maximum short-term bonus opportunity for 2001, and 100 percent of your long-term bonus opportunity for 2001. If your long-term bonus opportunity is subject to a performance target, it shall be assumed for purposes of the retention bonus that the performance target is met. If you become entitled to the retention bonus, the retention bonus shall be paid to you in July 2001 unless you elect to defer receipt of the retention bonus in accordance with the Company's rules regarding deferral of compensation as in effect at the time of such election.

Bonus Opportunities. In addition to the Base Salary, Executive shall also be eligible to participate in any applicable bonus plan consistent with other named executive officers, based on exceptional service hereunder or the Company’s performance, as determined by the CEO or Board in its discretion, including whether or not any bonus will be awarded and the amount and other terms and conditions thereof. For plan year 2020, Executive will be eligible for a pro-rated portion of for the work performed in 2020, to be paid in March of 2021 when other executives of the Company are paid.
Bonus Opportunities. During the Term of this Agreement, the Company may pay to Employee an annual bonus payment, as may be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) in its sole discretion, based upon the performance of Employee and other criteria as may be established by the Board from time to time.
