Price. If pricing is not stated on this Order or in an executed procurement agreement, then Supplier’s pricing shall not exceed the lowest prices charged by Supplier to other similarly situated customers. Except as otherwise provided in this Order, such prices are inclusive of applicable value added tax and other similar taxes (collectively “VAT”), freight charges and duties.
Price. 9. Agent’s commission, if any, determined as provided in the Distribution Agreement.
Price. 7.1. The Pricing Schedule sets out details of the pricing of the Services as at the Commencement Date.

If Seller quotes a lower price to anyone or accepts payment of a lower price from anyone during the life of this contract, Seller will quote the same lower price (after consideration of all discounts, rebates and allowances) with respect to any quantity undelivered under the Purchase Order. ▪ If Buyer is quoted a lower price by someone other than Seller, and Seller, after reasonable notice by Buyer does not wish to meet the lower price, Buyer may purchase any undelivered quantity under the Purchase Order at the lower price, thereby canceling the Purchase Order with no further liability to Seller for such undelivered quantity. ▪ The prices specified on the Purchase Order include all applicable taxes, including all national and local taxes that Seller is required by law to collect from Buyer and from which Seller cannot obtain an exemption. Such taxes shall be separately stated on Seller's invoices and shall be paid by Buyer, unless an exemption is available. ▪ Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Buyer, the price specified on the Purchase Order includes all charges for packing, cartage, storage, drayage, and transportation to the DAP (incoterm). Seller shall pay all delivery charges in excess of that which Xxxxx has agreed in writing to pay. ▪ Seller warrants that the prices will comply with all applicable governmental laws, rules, regulations and orders.
Price. The relative importance we attach is “high”.
Price. 11.1. In consideration of the Service Provider’s performance of its obligations relating to an Order, the Purchaser must pay:
Price. Your price for Retail Power service (Price) will be $0.04584 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The Price does not include any applicable taxes or DSP related fees or charges from the Effective Date through the conclusion of the Term. In the event of any change in, or enactment of, any rule, regulation, DSP operating procedure, tariff, applicable transmission tariff, ordinance, statute, or law beyond Homefield Energy’s reasonable control that affects the price, sale or transmission, distribution, purchase, or other obligation pertaining to Homefield Energy’s provision of Retail Power under this Agreement, Homefield Energy can adjust the Price. If Homefield Energy adjusts the Price, Homefield Energy will provide you notice of the adjusted Price and you will have an opportunity to terminate this Agreement without any further obligation by notifying Homefield Energy in writing within 30 days after the date of the notice of the adjusted Price. In such event, service will terminate effective as of the next meter read date, and you will be obligated to pay for Retail Power provided until that meter read date. Homefield Energy makes no guarantees as to how the price for Retail Power service during the term of this Agreement will compare to the price charged by your DSP for Retail Power service.
Price. 2.1 The pricing elements of the Option Aircraft are listed in the Attachment.
Price. During the term of this agreement, your rate for natural gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.4990 per ccf, plus taxes and fees, if applicable. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed and billed by your NGDC for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement.
