Amendment to Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement. Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement hereby is amended and restated in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement. Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the text of clause (c) thereof in its entirety.
Amendment to Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the proviso appearing at the end of the last sentence of Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement is amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows: provided, however, that if no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, up to two such appraisals per calendar year shall be at the sole expense of the Loan Parties.
Amendment to Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement. Section 5.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the words “the Canadian Borrower” in paragraph (b) thereof and inserting in their place the words “ JR Canada”, (b) inserting the words “made to UR Canada” immediately after the words “C $ Revolving Loans” in paragraph (b) thereof and (c) inserting the following as a new paragraph (e):
