As to any Person, the obligations of such Person to pay rent or other amounts under any lease which is required to be classified and accounted for as a capital lease on a balance sheet of such Person in accordance with GAAP. For purposes of this Reimbursement and Pledge Agreement, the amount of such Capital Lease Obligation shall be the capitalized amount thereof determined in accordance with GAAP.

Capital Lease Obligation referring to the portion of the obligations under a Capital Lease that is required to be capitalized in accordance with GAAP. Capitalized Software Expenditures: for any period, the aggregate of all expenditures (whether paid in cash or accrued as liabilities) by a Person and its Restricted Subsidiaries during such period in respect of purchased software or internally developed software and software enhancements that, in conformity with GAAP, are or are required to be reflected as capitalized costs on the consolidated balance sheet of such Person and such Subsidiaries. Cash Collateral: cash and any interest or other income earned thereon, or deposit account balances, and any other credit support satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank, that are delivered to the Agent to Cash Collateralize any Obligation.
