Documentation definition

Documentation means SAP's then-current technical and functional documentation as well as any roles and responsibilities descriptions, if applicable, for the Cloud Service which is made available to Customer with the Cloud Service.
Documentation means all information received directly or indirectly from Customer, whether in paper or electronic form;
Documentation means documentation in printed or written form, or in tapes, discs, drawings, computer programmes, writings, reports, photographs, films, cassettes, or expressed in any other written, electronic, audio or visual form;

  • Customer is responsible and liable for all uses of the Services and Documentation resulting from access provided by Customer, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of this Agreement.

Documentation means any and all technical information, commentary, explanations, design documents, system architecture documents, database layouts, test materials, training materials, guides, manuals, worksheets, notes, work papers, and all other information, documentation and materials related to or used in conjunction with the Deliverables, in any medium, including hard copy, electronic, digital, and magnetically or optically encoded media.
Documentation means calculations, computer programs and other software, drawings, designs, plans, manuals, records, reports, documents, papers, photos, typographical arrangements, models, contract documents, deliverables, agreements, tender/enquiry documents, and all other materials in whatever form, including but not limited to tangible copies and electronic forms, supplied either by or on behalf of the Supplier or generated collaboratively by the Parties in the course of the provision of the Supply under this Agreement;
