Limitation. The statute of limitations of any claims under this this Agreement shall be ten (10) years, except for any claim of interest due under this Agreement. 15.11 Hardship Each Party hereby acknowledges that the provisions of article 1195 of the French Code civil shall not apply to it with respect to its obligations under the Agreement and it shall be not entitled to make any claim under article 1195 of the French Code civil.
