FORNECIMENTO significa o FORNECIMENTO DE BENS e/ou o FORNECIMENTO DE SERVIÇOS;

• Os fiscais indicados pela CONTRATANTE poderão elaborar relatórios indicando eventuais problemas verificados no FORNECIMENTO, e a CONTRATANTE, a seu turno e se o caso, notificará a CONTRATADA a respeito, solicitando esclarecimentos, bem como a tomada de providências que forem necessárias à solução de tais problemas.

FORNECIMENTO significa o FORNECIMENTO DE BENS e/ou o FORNECIMENTO DE SERVIÇOS; INFORMAÇÕES CONFIDENCIAIS significa quaisquer informações divulgadas, por escrito, oralmente, ou por qualquer outro meio pela ALESAT ao Fornecedor e/ou vice-versa, que estejam expressamente marcadas como confidenciais ou possam ser interpretadas como confidenciais em razão de sua natureza ou do contexto da divulgação. Informações Confidenciais incluem, sem limitação: (a) segredos de negócio; (b) know-how; (c) informações financeiras; (d) informações comerciais; (e) informações de negócios; (f) documentações técnicas; (g) listas de clientes e quaisquer outras informações trocadas entre as Partes com relação ao PEDIDO.
