DEFINITIONS. For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meaning given to them below: − Abstract - an abstract of the talk that a Participant interested in the role of Speaker intends to present at the Event. − Agenda - the programme of the Event made available on the Organisers' websites, consisting of a list of speakers and the titles of their talks. The Agenda is indicative and subject to change, even during the Event. − LSOS - the abbreviated name of the Event LIFE SCIENCE OPEN SPACE - COLLABORATION AND INNOVATION SUMMIT FOR HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE − Speaker - a person giving a talk during LSOS. − Rules and Regulations - the regulations for participation in LSOS 2024. − Registration - a one-off service commencing when the Participant completes the electronic registration form to make an offer in relation to the Event Participation Contract; − Force Majeure - an extraordinary external event, objectively independent of the Organisers or the Participant, impossible to foresee and, with due diligence, impossible to prevent and overcome its harmful consequences, the circumstances of which make it impossible to fulfil the obligations under the Regulations. In particular, the following events shall be considered to be Force Majeure: fire, flood, earthquake, action of the elements and forces of nature, epidemics, warfare, terrorism, rebellions or revolutions, acts and actions of state authority, strikes, etc. − Participant - a person participating in the Event on the basis of a Registration. − Service Agreement (hereinafter: the "Agreement") - an agreement entered into between the Organisers and a Participant, the subject of which is the use by a given Participant of the services provided by the Organisers in connection with the organisation of the Event and allowing a given Participant to participate in the Event, which are governed by the provisions of these Regulations. − Service - a service provided by the Organisers in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Regulations, i.e. the service of enabling the Participant to take part in the Event.

Registration for participation in LSOS is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations. 2. The provisions of the Regulations shall apply to all Event Participants. 3. The Event will include talks delivered by Speakers and real-time panel discussions in a stationary format. 4. Registration for the Event is done electronically, by registering at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇ and submitting the Participation Application Form. The Participant is not required to install any application. 5. By completing and submitting the application form, together with ticking the relevant selection button referred to in section 4, the Participant accepts these Rules and Regulations. 6. The Organisers cannot be held liable for the consequences of providing incorrect data at registration. The Participant shall be obliged to keep his/her contact details up to date. 7. The Organisers may change the content concept of the Event, Agenda, lecture topics, Speakers at any time. 8. The language of the Event is English. 9.
