Common use of DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

DEFINITIONS. 1. The words and phrases used herein written in capital letter shall have the meanings set forth in the definitions below. a) „Agreement” shall mean the Agreement Act and other documents listed in Annexes; b) „Specification" shall mean the document listed in Annexe No. [1], containing the requirements set by the Ordering Party with regard to the Design; c) „Ordering Party" shall mean the person listed in the Agreement Act and its legal successors, but no assignee of the said person delegated without the Contractor's consent; d) „Contractor" shall mean the person listed in the Agreement Act and its legal successors and all members of the consortium in the event of such a form of Ordering Party's operation, but no assignee of the said person delegated without the Ordering Party's consent ;
