Common use of DEFINITIONS Clause in Contracts

DEFINITIONS. Tech Leaders (Program): A four-months international mentoring program for women who want to enter the IT world, change their branch or find a career path, develop their competences in the IT area or set up or develop a start-up. Participation in the project is available in accordance with the rules set out in these regulations, at the time and place indicated by the Organizer, including on-line meetings. Partner: an entity with full legal capacity, cooperating with the Organizer and participating in the Tech Leaders Polska Program. Privacy policy: a document regulating the security of privacy protection and processing of personal data of Mentees. The Privacy Policy supplements these Regulations. Regulations: these regulations, constituting at the same time the general terms and conditions of the Participation Agreement.
