COMPLETION CERTIFICATE/ DEFECT LIABILITY CERTIFICATE. On completion of the work and notifying the same by the Contractor to the Engineer- In-Charge, Completion Certificate shall be issued by the Engineer-In-Charge only in the event the work is completed satisfactorily in every respect. Payment of final bill shall be made on completion of the contract and refund of Security Deposit shall, however, be made as per relevant Clause of the contract.
