STATUTORY COMPLIANCES. The Licensee shall be responsible for compliance of the various Government Acts, as applicable from time to time and the rules made thereunder, including labour related legislations like Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance Benefits, Workmen Compensation Act, as well as commercial laws such as Shops and Establishment Act and the Goods and Service Tax Act, etc. The Licensee further agrees that it shall indemnify from and against any claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses and losses whatsoever that may arise on account of any contravention or breach by the Licensee of the above.
