Common use of Security Clause in Contracts

Security. If there are reasonable doubts as to ▇▇▇▇▇'▇ ability to pay, especially if payments are in arrears, Seller may revoke credit periods and make further deliveries dependent on advance payments or other security. If such advance payments or security have not been rendered even after the expiry of a reasonable grace period, Seller may partially or totally terminate individual or all of the affected contracts. Seller shall remain entitled to assert further rights.
