Redemption and Purchase. (a) Final redemption: Unless previously redeemed, or purchased and cancelled, the Notes will be redeemed at their principal amount on 25 September 2026. The Notes may not be redeemed at the option of the Issuer other than in accordance with this Condition 7.

(a) Redemption at maturity Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled as specified below, each Note will be redeemed by the Issuer at its Final Redemption Amount specified in, or determined in the manner specified in, the applicable Final Terms and, if so specified, by reference to the Technical Annex to these Terms and Conditions (or, in the case only of Physical Delivery Notes where the applicable Final Terms specifies that such Notes will be redeemed by the transfer of the Underlying Asset(s) with respect to a Physical Delivery Amount, by the transfer of the Underlying Asset(s) specified in, or determined in the manner specified in, the applicable Final Terms) in the relevant Specified Currency on the Maturity Date.
