Common use of Prices Clause in Contracts

Prices. 5.1. The price of the specific supply will be that resulting from the valid price list with reference to the shipment date of the goods, or the one negotiated by the parties and stated in the order confirmation. Prices are for products sold Ex Works and VAT excluded. 5.2. Unless otherwise established, the price of the supply is intended for packed goods in compliance with that established in point 4.6., it being also understood that any other cost or fee will be borne by the Customer. 5.3. Inarca reserves the right to change the price list at any time, giving appropriate communication to the Customer. The new price list will be effective with reference to the orders following the aforementioned communication or in the different term agreed for such purpose between the parties.
