WHEREAS the COMPANY understands that the information regarding the Bank’s Infrastructure shared by the BANK in their Request for Proposal is confidential and/or proprietary to the BANK, and

WHEREAS the COMPANY understands that in the course of submission of the offer for the said RfP and/or in the aftermath thereof, it may be necessary that the COMPANY may perform certain jobs/duties on the Bank’s properties and/or have access to certain plans, documents, approvals, data or information of the BANK;

WHEREAS the National Bank in consideration of the conditions and covenants to be observed by the party has agreed to permit the party to carry out the Electrical Maintenance work hereinafter set out.

WHEREAS the BIDDER is a private company/public company/Government undertaking/partnership/ registered export agency, constituted in accordance with the relevant law in the matter and the BUYER is a corporation set up under an Act of Parliament.

WHEREAS. The Reserve Bank of India, having its Central Office at ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Road, Mumbai (hereinafter called the „RBI‟) has invited tenders for the captioned work (hereinafter called “the said tender”) on the terms and conditions mentioned in the said tender documents. It is one of the terms of invitation of tenders that the tenderer shall furnish a Bank Guarantee for a sum of ₹.________(Rupees_____________________only) as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). M/s. (herein after referred to as the said premises )

WHEREAS the KRCL decided to introduce the Station Ticket Booking Agent as one more step for better service to the public at large and invited tenders from open market for “Award of contract for engagement of Station Ticket Booking Agent (STBA) at

WHEREAS the KRCL thus hereby entering into contract with Shri / Ms / M/s for Award of contract for engagement of Station Ticket Booking Agent (STBA) at Station over KRCL.
