Short delay and notification. 9.3.1. Our goods must be checked on the day of collection or upon receipt, and any apparent non-conformity problems must be reported to us by a message on the day of receipt. 9.3.2. If the non-conformity cannot be found at collection or delivery, the non- conformity must be reported by message within a maximum of fifteen days after delivery, stating the reasons that prevented a more rapid report. 9.3.3. If the non-conformity could not appear before a certain period of time, it must be reported to us by a message as soon as it appears, explaining in detail its appearance. 9.3.4. The return of goods to our warehouse within the time limit shall be deemed as a notification.
