Delivery times. 5.1 ECENTIAL ROBOTICS undertakes to deliver the Products no later than eight (8) months after the confirmation of the Order, unless special conditions are defined in the offer or in the Special Conditions.
Delivery times. Delivery times mentioned by the seller are effective from the date of the seller’s order acknowledgement. Late deliveries cannot, in any case, justify the order cancellation, any allowance or the application of late delivery penalties. If the payment terms agreed are not respected and/or in the case where the informations requested from the customer are not received on time by the seller, the seller is completely free from its delivery time promises and reserves the right to break off its delivery time.
Delivery times. Delivery times are indicated as precisely as possible, but are subject to Glanzstoff Longlaville's possibilities regarding supplies and transport. Late delivery may not give rise to the payment of damages, nor to any deduction from or cancellation of outstanding orders. However, if two months after the delivery date indicated, the product has not been delivered, for any reason other than a case of force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled at the request of either of the parties; the purchaser may obtain the reimbursement of his deposit to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages. Glanzstoff Longlaville will keep the purchaser informed of any occurrence of a case of force majeure such as war, riot, fire, strike, accident or the impossibility of Glanzstoff Longlaville itself obtaining deliveries. 4.3 Returns and claims Complaints over deliveries of goods which do not correspond to the order or which have apparent defects must be sent to us in writing within a maximum period of 8 days after their receipt in this case. Glanzstoff Longlaville shall, if it wishes, either replace the goods, provide additional supplies or issue a credit, depending on the type of complaint and if it is justified.
Delivery times. Once the Order has been dispatched, the delivery time varies according to the zones as defined in article 8:  Zone 1: 6 days;  Zone 2: 11 days;  Zone 3: 9 days;  Zone 4: 15 days;  Zone 5: 15 days. Unless otherwise specified in the Order and accepted by the Customer at the time of the Order validation, the Products shall be delivered to the Customer within the aforementioned time frame required for processing and shipment of the Order. In the event of late delivery, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions provided for in articles L. 216-1 to L. 216-3 of the French Consumer Code. In the event that the delay in delivery is attributable to the Customer, in particular if the Customer is not available to accept delivery, the provisions of articles L. 216-1 to L. 216-3 of the French Consumer Code shall not apply.
Delivery times. C.M.D. delivery times are indicated for information only, unless otherwise stated in writing. In no event will a delay give rise to the allocation of any damages or compensation, or to contract termination.

Under no circumstances shall a delay in delivery be deemed to justify the cancellation of an order, nor can it lead to any kind of compensation, unless expressly stated otherwise in the Offer or in the confirmation order.
Delivery times. The standard delivery time is 8 weeks after receving the order confirmation. The delivery times are respected as far as possible. They always refer to the ex-factory delivery date. Partial delivery may be possible. In the unforeseen event of cause beyond control, such as war, conflicts, international tensions, scarcity of raw materials, electrical power cuts, strike, boycotts and delivery delays of our suppliers will cause extensions of our delivery times.

Delivery times. The time or date of delivery will be specified on the Order confirmation issued by the Seller. Delivery times are not strict deadlines and the Seller cannot be held liable by the Buyer in the event of a delay. The parties expressly agree to apply the Incoterms EXW terms for delivery, also called Ex-Works ABBEVILLE or BRAINE, as applicable. The prices indicated on quotes are therefore understood as relating to the delivery of Products by the Seller, in containers provided by the Seller for the Buyer’s use, on the date indicated on the Order confirmation, to Abbeville - Route de Vauchelles - Zone industrielle for LACTINOV companies ABBEVILLE and BABYDRINK, and to BRAINE - 9 Rue Xxxxxx Xxxxxx - Zone d’activités des Waillons for LACTIMOV BRAINE, with costs of any nature for removal of the Products from these points to the final destination, and the transfer of risk from this point, being the exclusive responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer organises and pays for the transport. Any import and export formalities and costs, as well as the taxes and duties related to these two operations, are also the responsibility of the Buyer. In accordance with these delivery terms, the Buyer is solely responsible for the storage conditions of the Products and must ensure that they are never exposed to high temperatures or stored in places or conditions that are likely to impair the quality of them or pose a threat to third parties. Any other delivery request will be subject to a feasibility study and must be formally approved in writing by the Seller, taking into account in particular the arrangements for covering additional costs. Any late delivery due to a refusal or a delay in the Buyer's reception services is the Buyer's sole responsibility.
Delivery times. Where required, your purchases will be shipped via international air. Delivery time depends on a number of variables, and there may be delays such as bad weather affecting air transport, or a package being held for inspection by customs. Neither Christie’s nor its shipping partners are liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance. Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, however in certain remote areas you may need to pick up your package from the closest service point of our nominated shipping partner. Delivery time may also be delayed because of the consequences due to a pandemic such as Covid-19 on Christie’s or its shipping partners’ activity. Neither Christie’s nor its shipping partners are liable for any delays of this kind.
