Counterparts Clauses Exemplaires

Counterparts. This Subscription Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same Subscription Agreement. Counterparts may be delivered either in original or by facsimile or portable document format (PDF) form and the parties adopt any signature received by a receiving facsimile machine as original signatures of the parties.

Counterparts. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts. All signed counterparts taken together constitute one agreement.

Counterparts. These Terms of Service may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto in different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Delivery of an executed counterpart of a signature page to these Terms of Service by facsimile or in electronic (i.e., "pdf" or "tif") format shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart of these Terms of Service.
