Fourth Amendment to Master Lease (May 3rd, 2017)
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO MASTER LEASE (this "Amendment") is being entered into on this 1st day of May, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Landlord and Tenant, as more fully set forth herein, and shall amend that certain Master Lease, dated November 1, 2013, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Master Lease, dated March 5, 2014, as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Master Lease and First Amendment to Access Agreement, dated April 18, 2014, and as further amended by that certain Third Amendment to Master Lease, dated September 20, 2016 (collectively, the "Master Lease"), by and among GLP Capital, L.P. (together with its permitted successors and assigns, "Landlord") and Penn Tenant, LLC (together with its permitted successors and assigns, "Tenant"), pursuant to which Tenant leases certain Leased Property, as further defined in the Master Lease (the "Existing Leased Property"). This EXECUTIVE AGREEMENT (this Agreement) is entered into on this 19 day of October, 2016 and shall be effective as of January 1, 2017 (the Effective Date), by Penn National Gaming, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the Company), and the senior executive who has executed this Agreement below (Executive).
