Agreement (July 13th, 2016)
Your employment with the Company ended on June 13, 2016. In consideration for your obligations provided herein, including your release of claims against the Company, the Company has agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Agreement"), including the payment of compensation and benefits provided herein, which is intended to provide the economic equivalent of what you would have received if you had retired from the Company.
Agreement (June 24th, 2016)
Your employment with the Company has terminated "Without Cause" as defined by the Company's Executive Separation Policy ("Separation Policy"). To ensure that your separation from the Company occurs on mutually acceptable terms, the Company is prepared to make certain promises to you in exchange for certain promises you will make to the Company. By signing this Agreement no earlier than your Termination Date, you will be accepting the Company's offer and entering into a legally binding agreement on the terms stated below.
Amendment No. 4 to Republic Services, Inc. Deferred Compensation Plan as Amended and Restated Effective January 1, 2010 (February 23rd, 2015)

Republic Services, Inc. (the "Company") and Jeffrey A. Hughes ("Employee'') enter into this Employment Agreement ("Agreement'), which will become effective as of the effective date of the merger involving the Company and Allied Waste Industries, Inc. (the "Effective Date"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Company will employ Employee. The Company and Employee will be referred to as the "Parties" in this Agreement The Parties agree as follows:
