On behalf of United States Steel Corporation (USS or the Company), I am pleased to offer you an opportunity for employment as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, currently located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at a base salary of $820,000 annually ($68,333 per month) effective July 2, 2012.
