Interest Receivable means, in respect of the relevant Measurement Period ending on any Measurement Date, all interest received by or accrued to the Issuer during such period, including any amounts received by the Issuer in terms of any Treasury Transaction (as such relates to the hedging by the Issuer of its interest rate risk) (other than interest which is not received or receivable in funds that are freely remittable to South Africa), all as reflected in, and/or ascertained from, the Financial Statements for that Measurement Period;
Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
Rolling Stock means locomotives and other railway vehicles and includes related spare parts;
Underlying Asset means the object or underlying asset in a CFD which may be Currency Pairs (for FX Contracts), Equity Indices, base or precious Metals, Forwards, Commodities, Stocks, Shares Indices and Futures. It is understood that the list is subject to change and Clients must refer each time on the Trading Platform.
Housing Unit means a single-family dwelling (where construction has commenced), whether detached or attached (including condominiums but excluding mobile homes), including the parcel of land on which such dwelling is located, that is or will be available for sale by the Borrower or a Guarantor. The construction of a Housing Unit shall be deemed to have commenced upon commencement of the trenching for the foundation of the Housing Unit. Each “Housing Unit” is either a Presold Unit, a Spec Unit or a Model Unit.
FTR Portfolio Auction Value means for each customer account of a Market Participant, the sum, calculated on a monthly basis, across all FTRs, of the FTR price times the FTR volume in MW.
Substitute Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the NPA.
Amortized Value means, when used with respect to an Investment Security purchased at a premium above or at a discount below par, the value as of any given date obtained by dividing the total amount of the premium or the discount at which such Investment Security was purchased by the number of days remaining to the first call date (if callable) or the maturity date (if not callable) of such Investment Securities at the time of such purchase and by multiplying the amount so calculated by the number of days having passed from the date of such purchase; and (a) in the case of an Investment Security purchased at a premium, by deducting the product thus obtained from the purchase price and (b) in the case of an Investment Security purchased at a discount, by adding the product thus obtained to the purchase price.
Auction Final Price means the relevant auction final price that may be published by ISDA or any administrator of any auction coordinated by ISDA from time to time and that would be applicable to the senior, unsecured debt obligations issued or guaranteed by the relevant
Rental Vehicle means any single automobile owned and operated by a car rental company or agency that is hired under a short term contract UNLESS it is:
Simple Interest Receivable means any Receivable under which the portion of a payment allocable to interest and the portion allocable to principal is determined in accordance with the Simple Interest Method.
Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.
Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Borrower or a Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.
Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.
Discounted present value means the present value of future payments determined by discounting the payments to the present using the most recently published applicable federal rate for determining the present value of an annuity, as issued by the internal revenue service.
Purchased Asset means (i) with respect to any Transaction, the Eligible Asset sold by Seller to Buyer in such Transaction and (ii) with respect to the Transactions in general, all Eligible Assets sold by Seller to Buyer (other than Purchased Assets that have been repurchased by Seller).
Dual-Fuel Engine means an engine that is designed to simultaneously operate with a liquid fuel and a gaseous fuel, both fuels being metered separately, the consumed amount of one of the fuels relative to the other one being able to vary depending on the operation;
Eligible Lease means, as of any date of determination, a Lease for a Property that satisfies all of the following:
Motorcycle means every motor vehicle designed to travel on not more than three wheels in contact
Bi-fuel vehicle means a vehicle with two separate fuel storage systems that can run part-time on two different fuels and is designed to run on only one fuel at a time;
goods vehicle means a motor vehicle constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or burden of any description or a trailer so constructed or adapted;
Non-Discount Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan with an Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate that is greater than or equal to the Required Coupon.
engine type means a category of engines which do not differ in essential engine characteristics.
Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Dwelling means any building, structure, or portion thereof which is occupied as, or designed or intended for occupancy as, a residence by one or more families, and any vacant land which is offered for sale or lease for the construction or location thereon of any such building, structure, or portion thereof.
