Zurvita Contract definition

Zurvita Contract means any Contract, including any amendment or supplement thereto: (i) to which Zurvita or either of the Zurvita Subsidiaries is a party; (ii) by which Zurvita, the Zurvita Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets are or may become bound or under which Zurvita or the Zurvita Subsidiaries has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (iii) under which Zurvita or either of the Zurvita Subsidiaries has or may acquire any right or interest.

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.

  • CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;

  • Federal-Aid Contract means a contract in which the United States (federal) Government provides financial funding as so designated in the Information for Bidders.
