Zoning Officer definition

Zoning Officer means the Zoning Officer as appointed by the Town.
Zoning Officer means an appointee of the Town who shall administer the provisions of this Ordinance.

Zoning Officer means the local official who is responsible for processing and approving or denying applications to develop ADUs.
