Zoning By-law definition

Zoning By-law means the Zoning By-Law of the Municipality or any successor thereof passed pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act, S.O. 1998.
Zoning By-law means a by-law passed under section 34 of the Planning Act that restricts the use of land.
Zoning By-law means any By-law administered by the Municipality passed pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act or a successor thereof, as may be amended from time to time.
