Zone 1 Bonds definition

Zone 1 Bonds means any obligation to repay a sum of money, including obligations in the form of bonds, notes, certificates of participation, long-term leases, loans from government agencies, or loans from banks, other financial institutions, private businesses, or individuals or long-term contracts, or any refunding thereof, to the repayment of which Special Taxes within Zone 1 of CFD No. 11 are pledged.

  • Partial prepayments of the Annual Special Tax obligation occurring prior to the issuance of the Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds will be credited in full.

  • The allocable portion of regularly scheduled retirement of principal that has occurred means the total regularly scheduled retirement of principal that has occurred with respect to each series of Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds times the applicable Prepayment Ratio for each such series of Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds, or Zone 4 Bonds.

  • The MoHP recognises that in order to implement the partnership policy in a comprehensive manner it would require three distinct systems to be in place.

  • The Prepayment Fees and Expenses are the costs of the computation of the Prepayment Amount and an allocable portion of the costs of redeeming Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds and recording any notices to evidence the prepayment and the redemption, as calculated reasonably by the Board.

  • The Redemption Premium is calculated by multiplying (i) the principal amount of the Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds to be redeemed with the proceeds of the Prepayment Amount by (ii) the applicable redemption premium, if any, on the Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds to be redeemed.

  • The Regularly Retired Principal of the Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds times the applicable Prepayment Ratio for each such series of the Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds, or Zone 4 Bonds.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, no partial prepayment will be allowed unless the amount of Annual Special Tax that may be levied in CFD No. 11, net of an allocable portion of Administrative Expenses, is at least 1.1 times the regularly scheduled annual interest and principal payments on all currently outstanding Zone 1 Bonds, Zone 2 Bonds, Zone 3 Bonds or Zone 4 Bonds.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 06-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied

  • Subsequent Bonds means any Bonds issued after the First Issue Date on one or more occasions.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Revenue bonds means the following types of instruments payable from the sources provided in the Central Valley Project Act: revenue bonds, notes, refunding bonds, refunding notes, bond anticipation notes, certificates of indebtedness, and other evidences of indebtedness.

  • Refunding Bond means any Bond authenticated and delivered on original issuance pursuant to the Second Resolution for the purpose of refunding any Outstanding Bonds, or thereafter authenticated and delivered pursuant to the Second Resolution in lieu of or substitution for such Bond.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of
