ZFP definition

ZFP means a zinc finger DNA recognition protein binding to the Target which is designed by Sangamo and for which the Genetic Material is delivered to the Customer hereunder, and the amino acid sequence of such protein.
ZFP means a zinc finger protein.
ZFP means any zinc finger DNA binding protein, or any nucleic acid that encodes for a zinc finger DNA binding protein, that is developed, licensed or acquired by SANGAMO for use in the Field pursuant to the Research Funding Agreement or this Agreement.
