ZBA ACCOUNTS definition
ZBA ACCOUNTS has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Excluded Accounts”.
ZBA ACCOUNTS means Deposit Accounts generally maintaining a zero balance at the end of each Business Day and into which funds are deposited only from the Concentration Account and from which funds are withdrawn only to pay creditors, employees, and operating expenses of the Grantors.
