Yung Entities definition

Yung Entities means: (a) William J. Yung III or any non-Debtor Entities controlled either directly or indirectly by William J. Yung III, including, without limitation, Columbia Sussex Corporation, Tropicana Casinos and Resorts, Inc., or any non-Debtor Affiliates of the foregoing; (b) JMBS or any non-Debtor affiliates controlled either directly or indirectly by JMBS; (c) the beneficiaries of JMBS or any non-Debtor affiliates controlled either directly or indirectly by the beneficiaries of JMBS, in their capacity as such; or (d) any affiliate of, or any Entity controlled either directly or indirectly by the foregoing; provided, however, that in no event shall Adamar of New Jersey, Inc. and Manchester Mall, Inc. be included in the definition of Yung Entities.
