Examples of Youth program in a sentence
The six core programs are— • the Adult program (Title I of WIOA), • the Dislocated Worker program (Title I), • the Youth program (Title I), • the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act program (Title II), • the Wagner-Peyser Act program (Wagner-Peyser Act, as amended by title III), and • the Vocational Rehabilitation program (Title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended by Title IV).
Youth program requirements are distinguished by In-School youth and Out-of-School youth, which have different eligibility requirements.
Conversely, if schools or school districts are substantially directive, invested, and accountable (e.g., WIOA Title I Youth program only provides supportive services to participants), those youth should be designated ISY.
Like for the Youth program, WIOA also provides that no state may receive an allotment that is more than 130 percent of the previous year allotment percentage for the state.
All Youth program contractors are required to provide all participants with follow-up services.
