Yield Maintenance Premiums definition

Yield Maintenance Premiums shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Yield Maintenance Premiums means, with respect to any Series, the amount specified as the "Yield Maintenance Premium" in the related Supplemental Indenture.

Examples of Yield Maintenance Premiums in a sentence

  • If there is more than one such Class of Certificates entitled to distributions of principal on any particular Distribution Date on which Yield Maintenance Premiums are distributable, the aggregate amount of such Yield Maintenance Premiums shall be allocated among all such Classes of Certificates up to, and on a pro rata basis in accordance with, their respective entitlements thereto in accordance with the first sentence of this paragraph.
