YEIDA definition

YEIDA means Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Constituted under section 3(i) of U.P. Industrial Area Development Act. 1976 (U.P.) Act. No. 6 of 1976) and having its main administrative office in 1st Floor, Commercial Complex, P2, Sector Omega-I, Greater Noida City (U.P.) , Yamuna Expressway Authority includes its Chairman/Chief Executive officer/Additional Chief Executive Officer/General Manager (Proj.) and/or any of their authorized representative and/or its successors and permitted assignees.
YEIDA means Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

  • In case any security or deposit is demanded by the Electricity Authorities, YEIDA or any other competent state or local authority for supply of electricity, water, gas or any other facility or utility or amenity, the Founder Member shall contribute proportionately towards such security or deposit as shall be determined by the Society.
