Year 2000 Ready or "Year 2000 Readiness" means that the referenced component, system, software, equipment or other item (for purposes of this definition, the "Computer System") is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar year 2000 A.D., and that such Computer System will operate at all levels, including microcode, firmware, application programs, user interfaces, files and databases, during each such time period without error or interruption relating to, or the product of, date data which represents or references different centuries or more than one century or leap year.
Year 2000 Compliant means, with respect to the Company's Information Technology, that the Information Technology is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar Year 2000, and the Information Technology used during each such time period will accurately receive, provide and process date and time data (including, but not limited to, calculating, comparing and sequencing) from, into and between the 20th and 21st centuries, including the years 1999 and 2000, and leap-year calculations, and will not malfunction, cease to function, or provide invalid or incorrect results as a result of the date or time data, to the extent that other information technology, used in combination with the Information Technology, properly exchanges date and time data with it. The Company has delivered to the Buyers true and correct copies of all analyses, reports, studies and similar written information, whether prepared by the Company or another party, relating to whether the Information Technology is Year 2000 Compliant, if any.
Year 2000 Issues means anticipated costs, problems and uncertainties associated with the inability of certain computer applications to effectively handle data including dates on and after January 1, 2000, as such inability affects the business, operations and financial condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and of the Borrower's and its Subsidiaries' material customers, suppliers and vendors.
Year 2000 Problem as used herein means any significant risk that computer hardware or software used in the receipt, transmission, processing, manipulation, storage, retrieval, retransmission or other utilization of data or in the operation of mechanical or electrical systems of any kind will not, in the case of dates or time periods occurring after December 31, 1999, function at least as effectively as in the case of dates or time periods occurring prior to January 1, 2000.
Year 2 means the year after year 1; year 3 means the year after year 2, year 4 means the year after year 3, and so on; and
Year 2000 Compliance means the functions, calculations, and other computing processes of the Service Area Network (collectively "Processes") which perform and otherwise process, date arithmetic, display, print or pass date/time data in a consistent manner, regardless of the date in time on which the Processes are actually performed or the dates used in such data or the nature of the date/time data input, whether before, during or after January 1, 2000 and whether or not the date/time data is affected by leap years. To the extent any part of the Service Area Network is intended to be used in combination with other software, hardware or firmware, it will properly exchange date/time data with such software, hardware or firmware. The Service Area Network will accept and respond to two-digit year-date input, correcting or supplementing as necessary, and store, print, display or pass date/time data in a manner that is unambiguous as to century. No date/time data will cause any part of the Service Area Network to perform an abnormally ending routine or function within the Processes or generate incorrect final values or invalid results.
Year 3 means the period from January 1, 2001 through the termination of this Agreement.
Year 1 means the year next following the export date and “year” followed immediately by any other numeral has a corresponding meaning; reference in this Agreement to an Act shall include the amendments to such Act for the time being in force and also any Act passed in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and the regulations for the time being in force thereunder; power given under any clause of this Agreement other than clause 17 hereof to extend any period or date shall be without prejudice to the power of the Minister under the said clause 17; marginal notes shall not affect the interpretation or construction hereof; the phases in which it is contemplated that this Agreement will operate are as follows —
Budget Year means the financial year of the municipality for which an annual budget is to be approved in terms of section 16(1) of the MFMA;
Year 10 means, for the purposes of this award, any person leaving school before completing year 10 will be deemed to have completed year 10.
Model Year means the CI engine manufacturer’s annual production period, which includes January 1st of a calendar year, or if the manufacturer has no annual production period, the calendar year.
FY means Fiscal Year.
Budget Period means the fiscal period for which a budget is prepared.
Year One means the twelve months following the Commencement Date.
Project Year means each period of twelve (12) months during the Contract Period beginning with the Commencement Date; and
Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;
First Year means the intake group of Students for the most junior class or year in a school.
Sales Year means the calendar year during which the Company sold Cigarettes in a Beneficiary State requiring the deposit of QEF Principal.
Budget month means the calendar month from which nonfinancial and financial information is used to determine eligibility (see section (28) of this rule) and benefit level for the payment month (see section (50) of this rule).
Gross Profit means gross receipts minus the amount actually expended for the payment of prize awards.
Current year means the financial year, which has already commenced, but not yet ended;
Contract Year means, with respect to the initial Contract Year, the period beginning on the Commercial Operation Date and ending at 12.00 midnight on 31st March of that Fiscal Year. Each successive Contract Year shall coincide with the succeeding Fiscal Year, i.e., a period of twelve months commencing on April 1 and ending on following March 31, except that the final Contract Year shall end on the date of expiry of the Term or on Termination of this Agreement whichever is earlier.
Fixed Allowances For the purpose of this guarantee and for the purpose of establishing compliance with this guarantee, the following shall be used as fixed quantities and allowances: Operational Empty Weight minus Tare, 00 Xxxachment to Letter Agreement No. 6-1162-DSF-082 CF6-80C2BIF Engines Page 11 OEW: 350,000 Pounds Usable reserve fuel remaining upon completion of the approach and landing maneuver: 30,000 Pounds
Short-Term Resource Procurement Target means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, as to the PJM Region, for purposes of the Base Residual Auction, 2.5% of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement determined for such Base Residual Auction, for purposes of the First Incremental Auction, 2% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, for purposes of the Second Incremental Auction, 1.5% of the of the PJM Region Reliability Requirement as calculated at the time of the Base Residual Auction; and, as to any Zone, an allocation of the PJM Region Short-Term Resource Procurement Target based on the Preliminary Zonal Forecast Peak Load, reduced by the amount of load served under the FRR Alternative. For any LDA, the LDA Short-Term Resource Procurement Target shall be the sum of the Short-Term Resource Procurement Targets of all Zones in the LDA.
Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the difference between the total Call Off Charges (in nominal cash flow terms but excluding any Deductions) and total Costs (in nominal cash flow terms) for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone;
Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the Supplier Profit for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone divided by the total Call Off Contract Charges over the same period or in relation to the relevant Milestone and expressed as a percentage;
