Yam-Tethys Partners means the owners of interests in the Ashkelon I/10 Lease.
Yam-Tethys Partners means the owners of interests in the "Ashkelon" I/10 Lease granted pursuant to the Petroleum Law that covers the Mari-B gas reservoir offshore Israel.
Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.
Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
Partners means the General Partner and the Limited Partners.
Lead Partner means the lead partner of a joint venture, as described in Sub-Clause
ESC means erosion and sediment control.
Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.
General Partners means all such Persons.
TPG has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Strategic Partner means (i) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with book equity of at least U.S. $200,000,000, (ii) a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with sales of at least U.S. $150,000,000, or (iii) a publicly traded, or division or subdivision of a publicly traded, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with market capitalization in excess of U.S. $200,000,000.
Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;
General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Managing Partner means KKR Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Co-licensed partner means a person who, with at least one other person, has the right to engage in
General Partner means the general partner of the Partnership.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.
Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.
DS Electric generation service that is provided at retail pursuant to the Applicable Legal Authorities under the Company’s retail electric tariffs and under any other agreements or arrangements between the Company and Customers, to any Customer that is not being served by an EGS. Default Allocation Assessment – shall have the meaning ascribed to it under the PJM Agreements. Delivery Period – The delivery period specified in an Appendix C Transaction Confirmation. Delivery Point – Means the applicable zone of the Company as designated by PJM. DS Customer(s) – Retail customers who are provided Default Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Applicable Legal Authorities and the Company’s retail tariffs.
Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;
BCP means BCP Asset Management Limited and its successors, assigns and transferees.
Blackstone means collectively, The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and any Affiliate thereof (excluding any natural persons and any portfolio companies of any Blackstone-sponsored fund).
Spectrum means frequencies of electromagnetic spectrum used to provide fixed or mobile communications services as licensed or authorized by the FCC.
GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.
GS shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
Departing General Partner means a former General Partner from and after the effective date of any withdrawal or removal of such former General Partner pursuant to Section 11.1 or Section 11.2.
Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.
MSD means the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District.
