Yahoo Data. For the purposes of this Security Agreement, Yahoo Data means User Data owned by Yahoo as defined in the Business Agreement, including any personally identifying information (Personal Data) included in such User Data, and any copies, reproductions, duplications, and onsite or offsite backups thereof, whether in whole or in part. Yahoo ID: A user-specific identifier issued or authorized by Yahoo which, when combined with a password, provides credentialed access to Yahoo or Yahoo Affiliate services. Partner ID: A user specific identifier provided to the Partner by Yahoo for the purpose of identifying a user.
Yahoo Data means any and all data or information of Yahoo provided by, relating to, of, or concerning Yahoo, its Affiliates and its or their Users, that is/was obtained by, disclosed to, or otherwise made available to HortonWorks under or by virtue of this Agreement, including (to the extent fulfilling the foregoing requirements) Personal Information, search queries, log files, User behavior data, systems, procedures, processes, employment practices, sales costs, profits, pricing methods, organization/employee lists, finances, product information, inventions, designs, methodologies, Information Systems, Intellectual Property of Yahoo or its Affiliates, all Deliverables and interim work product created by or on behalf of HortonWorks and assigned (or as provided pursuant to a SOW) to Yahoo or its Affiliates, and all survey responses, feedback and reports.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
