Xxxxxxxxx ESA means a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account that satisfies the requirements of Section 530 of the Code. (“Xxxxxxxxx ESA” is used in the Agreement to generally refer to all Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts. “Xxxxxxxxx ESA Account” is used in this Agreement to refer to the specific Xxxxxxxxx ESA Account created by the execution of a Xxxxxxxxx ESA Adoption Agreement under the Xxxxxxxxx ESA Custodial Agreement.)
