Xxxxxxxxx Entities definition

Xxxxxxxxx Entities means one or more investment funds affiliated with, and managed by, Xxxxxxxxx Management Company, LLC.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble hereto. "Xxxxxxxxx Forfeiture Event" shall mean a decrease in the Xxxxxxxxx Entities' Beneficial Ownership of Capital Stock to less than 1,500,000 Common Equivalent Shares, calculated in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof and appropriately adjusted for any stock splits, reverse stock splits, recapitalization of the Capital Stock or capital transaction of a similar nature. • Any disagreement between the Xxxxxxxxx Entities and Elk Creek arising hereunder shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities means Xxxxxxxxx LLC, WREF III, WREF I and Xxxxxxxxx Co-Investment.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities means the LLC, BC, GP, and BCT and any Subsidiary (present or future), and the term "Xxxxxxxxx Entity" shall mean any one of the foregoing Xxxxxxxxx Entities.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities means NB Co-Investment Partners, LP, NB Co-Investment Group LP, Co-Investment Capital Partners LP, and Northbound Emerging Manager Custom Fund LP.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities means Xxxxxxxxx, Paramount Biosciences, LLC, The Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx 2000 Family Trusts Dated December 15, 2000 and Capretti Grandi, LLC.

Xxxxxxxxx Entities has the meaning assigned to such term in the Preamble.
