Xxxxxxxx Energy means Xxxxxxxx Energy, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company; provided, that if Xxxxxxxx Energy, LLC is directly or indirectly disposed of pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents, no provision in any Loan Document relating to Xxxxxxxx Energy shall apply to or bind other Generation Companies.
