Xxxxxx Yards Development definition

Xxxxxx Yards Development means (a) that certain Agreement of Severed Parcel Lease (Eastern Rail Yard Section of the Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx West Side Yard) (the “Ground Lease”), dated as of April 10, 2013, between the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Legacy Yards Tenant LLC (“Legacy Yards Tenant”); (b) any improvements now or hereafter located on the land demised pursuant to the Ground Lease, including, but not limited to, that certain commercial building to be built thereon and any condominium units or common areas that may be created therein and thereon; and/or (c) Legacy Yards Tenant.

  • land development application means the application for a land development permit on a form provided by [local jurisdiction] along with the supporting documentation required in Section [Y]-10(a).
